**NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Order before 15.00 GMT Mon to Thurs to receive your order the next day. Orders made after 15.00 GMT Monday - Thursday will be shipped the following day. All orders placed before 15:00 GMT Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders made after 15:00 GMT Friday will be delivered Tuesday using this service.

ORDERS FROM GIRL IN MIND OVER £50 QUALIFY FOR FREE UK DELIVERY
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped from Girl In Mind you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox.
Our couriers may deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt. Your order Girl In Mind will be dispatched via the most suitable courier service, depending on size and weight of your parcel.
THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your Girl In Mind order then please contact our Customer Care team and we will email you with instructions on how to send back the incorrect item.
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Girl In Mind will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?
We use a variety of different couriers depending on the delivery destination.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
Unfortunately, Girl In Mind has no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur.
You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
REFUSAL OF PARCELS
If you return a Girl In Mind parcel, please note you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. If it is free post then original post charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.

VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU
MY TRACKING SHOWS THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS?
Please contact our Girl In Mind Customer Care team with your full name, order number and the tracking number so we can deal with your query.
CAN YOU DELIVERY MY ORDER TO MY WORK ADDRESS
We can deliver to your home address or your place of employment. If you would like your delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods.
WHAT IF IM NOT IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL
If you are not at home to take receipt of your order the parcel can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour, however any instructions left for the driver are only requests and are not guaranteed.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST WILL I GET REIMBURST?
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your Girl In Mind parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can re-dispatch your order (stock willing).
WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 8:00 am – 18:00pm – however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours.
Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
We do not offer free delivery for international orders (unless stated otherwise in a promotion or voucher, specifically for international).
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to the Channel Islands & BFPO addresses.
