RETURNS POLICY

Although Girl In Mind items are all made with love and care we appreciate that occasionally things are not always as expected.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn item in its original condition for an exchange or refund minus original postage charges within 14 days of purchase. Girl In Mind do not offer a free returns service so you will have to pay to return your items.

If you require an exchange you will also have to pay to return the item but Girl In Mind will cover the cost of sending out your new item.

If you are over the 14 day return period, it is with regret that Girl In Mind cannot refund but will offer an exchange.

If you receive a faulty item you must email our Girl In Mind Customer Care team in the first instance.

Girl In Mind will endeavour to process your refund or exchange straight away but please allow between 1-3 working days from the receipt of your returned item(s) for Girl In Mind to process a refund. After Girl In Mind issue your refund it may take up to 10 working day's depending on your bank or building society for the funds to reach your account.

Girl In Mind reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to Girl In Mind again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for Girl In Mind to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on Girl In Mind's part that we have failed in any way to honour Girl In Mind's obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description. When making a return you must ensure you tell Girl In Mind your order number on your returns form originally sent out with your Girl In Mind order and include your original invoice when returning. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches Girl In Mind safely and if it does get lost it can be tracked and Girl In Mind can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore Girl In Mind will not be unable to process your claim.

HOW LONG AFTER MY PURCHASE CAN I RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS?

You can return any unwanted Girl In Mind item(s) to Girl In Mind for a refund up to 14 days after purchase. Please also remember that the goods must reach us before the 14th day of purchase.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY UNWANTED ITEM?

Girl In Mind understand that occasionally the items you order from Girl In Mind might not be what you were hoping for and you may want to return them. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is received safely and processed quickly:

  1. Complete the delivery note with reasons for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Repack the item in the same condition as it was received.
  3. Please write the returned address on the parcel. Address can be found under our Girl In Mind returns policy section or at the bottom of your delivery note.
  4. Insert the completed delivery note along with any items you wish to return inside the parcel.
  5. Depending on the delivery service selected take your parcel to the relevant service provider.
  6. Don't forget to obtain and keep your certificate of postage as this will act as your proof of delivery in case your Girl In Mind return gets lost on its way back to Girl In Mind.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF IT HAS MAKE-UP OR FAKE TAN STAINS AROUND THE NECKLINE ETC?

Any unwanted items must be returned to Girl in Mind in a saleable condition. Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF THE BEADS OR SEQUINS FALL OFF?

Customers should be aware that there is an expectation that with wear, the odd bead, sequin or embellishments could fall off from time to time. Provided with the Girl In Mind garment at the time of purchase is extra sequins or beads of which you can use to replace any that fall off. If you have not worn the garment and beads, sequins or embellishments are broken or missing, Girl In Mind would consider this item faulty.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

If you feel that you Girl In Mind item received is faulty please get in contact with our Girl In Mind Customer Care team, with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.

Girl In Mind aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as Girl In Mind can within office hours(Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) but Girl In Mind need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that Girl In Mind can resolve the issue for you.

 

Any faulty item must be pre-approved by Girl In Mind customer care team in the first instance. If you return a faulty item without informing our Girl In Mind customer care team you occur a returns charge and have the item sent back to if Girl In Mind deem the item not faulty
