WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Girl In Mind accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, and PayPal.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

 

WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED?

If your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will receive an email confirming your order has been successful.
In the event that your card has not been authorised for payment, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know why your bank card or issuer couldn't authorise payment. Don't worry at this stage since there is usually something simple that can be done.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?

You can change your details by clicking on 'Log In' on the top right hand corner of the Girl In Mind site. Enter your  log in details and you will land on your own account page where you can click on 'Edit My Details' on the left hand menu.

 

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

If you have a discount code, first of all check that it is still valid. You can then enter you discount code at the checkout stage along with your payment details.

 

AM I ABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PAID?

Girl In Mind are sorry to say but unfortunately you are unable to make any amendment to your order or cancel once payment has been processed. Once you receive your item if you still do not want your order it is easier for the items to be returned.
